Β Dear fellow,
this apartment has been my home for quite a few years. A home where my biggest healing in solitude happened. It has witnessed paintings being created, coaching sessions, quiet mornings with green tea, creative work, and some spontaneous dancing on the terrace, plus countless evenings spent surrounded by plants and relaxing music. I hope it becomes more than accommodation for you tooβa place where you’ll feel at home while creating your own chapter in Zagreb.
This space was empty. I built it from scratch. I hope you can see and feel how much love, time and effort I invested into having this little paradise in Zagreb, just 30 mins away by public transport from the main square.
I am looking for a person who values life in a cozy and beautiful space that is not designed for parties or loud living (neighbours are very nice when you don’t disturb their rest at night constantly).
It is a perfect place for one person, though two can comfortably live here as well.Β
Hairy pets are not allowed due to allergy of the owner.
While I’m living elsewhere for a while, I’d love for it to become a home for someone who will enjoy it as much as I did.
I rent this place for at least 4 months, with a possibility to prolong the contract.

About your future home
Perfect for one person, completely OK for a couple.
A terrace is probably the most fascinating part of this home. Especially during the warm season. I basically was living only in terrace, as it has a bed to sleep on, a dining table with the best view to the mountains and a workspace, also facing those fascinating and inspiring views.
Of course, you would need to take care of the plants for it to look nice and aesthetic, so patience and care are very welcomed characteristics π
A living room is very cozy and practical. It has a workplace with a desk just in front of the window that has a view straight to the greenery of the mountains. A couch can be stretched out, and two people can comfortably sleep on it (width 160cm).
A bedroom is small but cozy. Energetically, it is made to be minimalistic. I always wanted my bedroom to be a place where my rest is not cluttered with heavy furniture, and a room that represents a space where magic, creation, and creativity happen. And I am glad to say I did achieve it! By the way, the mattress is turbo comfy, and the bed itself is very firm, with no sounds. I sleep like a baby on it π
