Before we begin our work together, I want to take a moment to gently but clearly set the tone and the ground rules of our shared space. My intention is to create a safe, empowering, and transformational environment — one that supports your authentic growth while honoring personal responsibility.

Please read the following carefully. By continuing with our sessions, you agree to honor these principles:

1. Presence and Sobriety

To make the most of our time together, it is essential that you arrive fully present and sober. This means no alcohol or consciousness-altering substances for at least two hours before our session. You are expected to show up grounded, clear, and emotionally available. This ensures that we are both working in integrity and can co-create a space of deep transformation.

2. The Nature of My Role

I am not here to simply reflect back what you want to hear — I am here to walk beside you as a mirror, a guide, and sometimes, a truth-teller.

That means:

• You will receive encouragement and validation where it’s due.

• But you may also hear honest reflections about unconscious patterns, destructive habits, or shadow aspects that are asking for your awareness and healing.

Our sessions may feel inspiring, but also — at times — messy, emotional, or challenging. Growth often requires leaving the comfort zone. Please know that even the discomfort is offered with love, care, and your highest potential in mind.

3. My Scope of Practice

Please remember: I am not a medical health professional.
What I offer is intuitive, energetic, and holistic guidance. You are always encouraged to seek the support of a doctor when needed. The choices you make based on our sessions are entirely yours, and so is the responsibility for any outcome.

I am here to share perspectives — not to prescribe solutions. You are the authority of your own life.

4. Confidentiality & Recordings

Our sessions may be recorded for your and my private use only, to support your integration or reflection. These recordings will never be shared publicly without your clear verbal or written permission.

The only exception to this would be in the unlikely event of a legal dispute, where recordings may need to be submitted as evidence to the appropriate authorities. (For full transparency: this has never occurred before, and I trust we can continue to work in mutual respect and clarity.)

5. 1-on-1 Session Rhythm & Completion Timeline

All 1-on-1 services are structured with the intention of having one meeting per week, to support integration and tangible results.

If needed, it is possible to reschedule a meeting within the program timeframe, but the entire program must be completed:

• A 1-month program must be completed within 2 months max, while…

• Longer programs must be completed in its due time.

This rhythm ensures clarity, accountability, and real transformation.

6. Non-Refundable Policy, Flexibility & Force Majeure

All purchases are non-refundable. When you book a session or program, you are not only investing in your own growth, but also supporting my ability to continuously deepen my own wellbeing and expertise.

That said, I understand that unexpected life circumstances can arise. In case of force majeure (major life disruptions beyond your control), and with appropriate evidence provided, I offer these flexible options:

• You may transfer the value of your purchase to another service. If the new service is priced higher, the difference will need to be covered by you. We’ll arrange this personally and respectfully.

• You may also pause and later return to a program if you are unable to complete it within the original timeframe. For example, if you signed up for a 1-month program but due to force majeure need to continue it over 2 months, I will honor that. This extension applies only in validated force majeure cases.

7. No-Show & Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled session and fail to inform me at least 45 minutes in advance, the session will be considered complete and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

However, if your absence is due to a proven force majeure (e.g. medical emergency, sudden crisis), I will honor your situation and provide you with a new booking link for an additional make-up session.

Final Note

By agreeing to this policy, you are stepping into a sacred agreement — one rooted in honesty, courage, and mutual respect. I am honored to walk this path with you and hold space for your unfolding.
