My Approach

I work intuitively, but always in a grounded and respectful way.

I listen to what you say — and to what your energy is telling me. I sometimes feel what’s happening for you in my own body, and I use that as a guide to help you gain clarity.

Depending on what you need in the moment, we might use:

  • The chakra system to understand energy imbalances

  • Breathwork to connect you to the present moment

  • Gentle movement or body awareness

  • Intuitive reflection and inner dialogue

  • Visualizations or guided practices

  • A safe space to simply feel and express

There’s no pressure to perform or achieve anything. The focus is on helping you reconnect — to yourself, your feelings, your energy, and your sense of direction.
