Are you wondering how to forgive someone who hurt you deeply?
Forgiveness can feel impossible—especially when the pain runs deep. But learning how to forgive easily can transform your emotional wounds into wisdom, and help you reclaim your power, peace, and purpose.
In this blog post, I’ll share my personal story of heartbreak, spiritual awakening, and the powerful soul practice that helped me release pain and experience true forgiveness.
Why Forgiveness Might Feel So Hard
We all get hurt—it’s part of being human. But for many of us, letting go of pain doesn’t come naturally. Some people know how to process emotions and move forward. Others (like me) carry resentment and grief for years because we don’t know how to forgive easily.
I used to be stuck in that cycle.
After many experiences of betrayal and abandonment, which caused me to feel invisible, less than, like a grieving orphan on this earth, I reached a breaking point. My heart was tired. My soul was ready to release this emotional burden. But I didn’t know how.
So I asked.
I prayed.
I invited my angels and higher self to show me the way.
And they did.
My prayers for how to forgive easily were heard…
After my prayer, I felt something shift.
I felt the sense of surrender, the loss of control, which felt so relieving and liberating… My mind stopped chasing solutions. I wasn’t trying to “make” forgiveness happen anymore—I was simply allowing it. Even my body started feeling lighter.
At that moment, I just knew intuitively that the time would come when I would be able to forgive finally, and that time will come organically – not by force.
And it came.
Just not without a cost…
In order for life to teach me how to forgive easily, I had to receive one more reason to forgive, meaning, one more deeply painful experience.
Love that left me in silence AGAIN
There he was. Another emotionally unavailable man.
Same pattern. Same ache.
It was like falling for the same ghost in a different body.
In hindsight, it’s so clear:
I was still trying to rewrite an old story — the one I had with my father.
Even my mother, in her way, chose silence and emotional absence as her method of coping with uncomfortable feelings (bless her heart for not knowing any better).
And here I was, calling in that same energy, again and again.
It’s like the soul keeps showing us our wound through such repetitive patterns until we finally feel it. Until we finally heal it.
And this time, the love was deep. Big. Soulful.
And the pain? Equally massive.
I understood the psychology. The patterns. The childhood roots.
But understanding didn’t dissolve the pain.
That’s when I remembered: the mind can’t process what only the soul can heal.
So what helped me to forgive easily, actually, was…
…spirituality, presence, and connection to Self.
One evening, when the emotions started erupting, I knew it was time… Time to sit with my pain and look at it once more.
I went back in memory to the deep, energetic connection I felt with him. Spiritually, it was on both sides. Real. Powerful. That instant recognition.
Yet physically it was one-sided.
In my mind, I began analyzing him — classic me.
Trying to understand his reasons, his story, his choices.
Did, all of the psychological understanding help me feel better?
Definitely not.
Then something in me whispered, “You’re in your head. Go deeper.”
So I did.
I connected to his soul, not his ego.
I asked the questions that never had space to be voiced in the 3D world.
“Why did you leave me in silence?”
“What was the deeper reason for your distance?”
And I waited.
Then came this message, clear and loving, that sounded something like
“I had to reject you — not because you weren’t right,
but because your path is meant to be walked without me for now.
You are meant to rise, to create, to lead, to shine.
You are meant to find joy and fulfillment in your own fire.
I couldn’t stand beside that fire without dimming it or being burned.
So I became the lesson — the push you didn’t ask for but needed.”
It just clicked.
Do you know that feeling that you know that you know that you really really know? Yep, that one. That’s how I felt. Suddenly, everything just started making sense and in addition to that, ensane amount of feeling of love washed over me — not romantic love, but divine love.
Suddenly, the tears of pain were transformed into tears of joy.
I realized that sometimes we meet people whose soul contract with us isn’t to stay… but to awaken us, to ignite us, and to get out of the way, so we can shine in our own light, not dim it in theirs.
And that still counts as love — even if it hurts.
From lack to abundance
I sat for a bit with that massive realization. Felt it deeply in my bones. The next moment – another realization hit me out of nowhere:
All this time I thought I was massively unloved, living in lack…
But I was so loved — in ways I hadn’t known how to see.
Love wasn’t always roses and hugs.
Sometimes it came as silence.
As rejection.
As absence.
As a mirror.
It was always love.
Just a higher kind of it.
From broke to wholeness. From lack to abundance. Not only in my mind but now in my heart as well.
My gratitude expanded. My heart renewed. From a tired heart – to inspired and energized. Again, full of spark to follow my path, my passions. My Purpose.
Because oh boy… I’ve just learned my lesson – I am not going to repeat the same pattern. Because now I see what it always tried to show me…
The Gift of Silence
For so long, silence felt like a wound.
But now, I see it differently, in more empowered way.
It is a space and opportunity to focus on myself, to hear my soul, reconnect with my purpose, ground it and nurture it into a physical existence, and realign with self-love.
When my angels asked, “What does silence mean to you now?”
I smiled and answered, “A gift.”
That Final Epiphany…
As I was basking in this newfound joy and insight, another wave came — playful and powerful.
Higher Love.
I had asked the Universe for it, hadn’t I? 🙂
I literally danced around the house, singing “Give me a higher love!” for the last few years.
Shaking my booty, moving my bones, and singing it out loud with my full lungs.
I was hyping myself up energetically, as I knew that I was consciously manifesting it.
I truly believed it because I felt it.
I was very intentional each time I vocalized the lyrics “give me a higher love” and here we go…
The Universe delivered.
Not quite the way I expected. But exactly how I needed.
Careful what you wish for, right?
Each manifestation of mine is teaching me how to be more specific with asking… How important it is to define each detail of it. For example, thanks to this experience I had, now I’m clearer:
“Give me a higher love that stays present in my life.
One that chooses me, as I choose it.
A love that is reciprocal — emotionally, spiritually, physically.
One that balances the feminine and masculine (spirituality with practicality).
One that grounds the same vision and purpose in partnership.”
And before anything else, I’m anchoring that love within myself first and grounding myself into my purpose. Because God, Divinity and its plan for me is the priority – not a person.
The right one, with the same values and vision will recognize me and join me on the same path eventually.
The Best Recipe on How to Forgive Easily
If you’re ready to begin your own forgiveness process, here’s a gentle, soul-centered method that worked wonders for me.
1. Set the Space
Choose a quiet evening. Turn off your phone. Light a candle. Invite divine presence—angels, Spirit, or simply love itself—to hold the space.
2. List Those Who Hurt You
Write down the names. One by one. Be honest. No shame.
3. Feel the Feelings
Pick the first person. Recall the pain. Feel it. Breathe through it. Keep your heart open.
4. Observe your mind – question your mind
When you are in your heart, feeling all of that, recognize your inner dialogue then. Most likely your mind will start telling you a certai narrative of what happened that caused you to feel pain. When you recognize the story, then ask yourself: “Is it really true? Is it really what happened or what the intentions of that person were?”
5. Have a Soul Conversation
Close your eyes and visualize that person being in front of you. Ask their soul:
“Why did you do this? What was your gift to me? What were you teaching me?”
Wait. Listen.
Answers may come as a feeling, a knowing, or a whisper of insight.
6. Shift to Gratitude
If and when you’re ready, thank them. For the role they played. For the soul contract.
Thank yourself too—for your courage and growth.
Final Thoughts: When Forgiveness Doesn’t Come Immediately
If the answers don’t come… if the forgiveness doesn’t arrive…
That’s okay.
Maybe you’re not ready.
Maybe there’s still judgment clouding the truth.
Be kind with yourself.
Forgiveness is not forced—it’s allowed.
Approach this work with curiosity, gentleness, and patience.

We can feel in our bodies the heaviness of unforgiveness. For Self or for others. Or for both.
I invite you to a session of healing through psychosomatic experience. Only one session might be enough for you to feel lighter already.
