Understanding the invisible is at the heart of transformation.
And for me, everything that’s invisible — thoughts, emotions, energy, intuition — is spiritual. We may not see it, but we feel it. We are it.

As a coach, I often work with people who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their path. They feel something is “off,” but they can’t explain it. That’s where body awareness, energy work, and soul connection come in — and where psychosomatic and psychospiritual coaching become powerful allies in healing.

Let’s start with Psychosomatic Coaching

“Psycho” means mind. “Somatic” means body.
Psychosomatic coaching focuses on the mind-body connection — specifically, how the mind (our thoughts, beliefs, emotions) creates energy blocks that manifest as physical sensations, symptoms, or dis-ease in the body.

In this process, the body is our compass. I guide you to tune into your sensations, your breath, your posture, your nervous system — and we begin to listen to what your body is trying to say.
Every tight chest, every clenching jaw, every frozen shoulder tells a story.
And when we learn how to decode those signals, we uncover the deeper emotional or energetic root beneath them.

For example:

  • A lump in the throat may reveal unspoken truth.

  • A heaviness in the chest could point to grief or suppressed sadness.

  • A tight belly might reflect fear or anxiety around control and safety.

By using psychosomatic tools and the chakra system, we map out where the energy is blocked and explore why it’s there. Once the block is understood and safely processed, the energy starts flowing again — and you feel more grounded, alive, and in tune with yourself.

This is what I call the bottom-up approach:
We begin with the body to access and shift the mind.

And then comes Psychospiritual Coaching

Once the energy begins to move freely, something else awakens — your deeper essence.
Psychospiritual coaching is about connecting to your soul-level truth. It’s about remembering who you really are beneath the layers of conditioning, fear, and survival.

Here, we go beyond just healing the past. We step into alignment with your higher self, your intuitive wisdom, your life purpose, and the experience of unconditional love — not just as a concept, but as a lived reality.

In this space, we explore:

  • Your spiritual beliefs and experiences

  • Archetypes, soul contracts, and life themes

  • The meaning behind your challenges

  • Your connection to Source, Spirit, the Universe — however you name it

I often describe it as the top-down approach:
We start from your soul’s knowing and let it ripple down into your everyday life, relationships, and decisions.

So What’s the Real Difference?

In short:

  • Psychosomatic coaching helps you understand where and why your energy is blocked, using the language of the body.

  • Psychospiritual coaching helps you remember who you truly are and realign with your soul’s path.

Both are deeply connected.
You can’t fully walk your soul’s path if your body is in chronic stress or survival mode.
And you can’t fully release old physical patterns unless you connect to the deeper “why” behind your journey.

That’s why in my practice, I integrate both.
Because we are not just bodies.
We are not just minds.
We are not just souls.

We are all of it — a whole, sacred system.
